About our LOGO（LOGO介绍）:

The LOGO resembles the OK gesture meaning the word “Good” so as to reveal our determination to do things well. Meanwhile,this LOGO also looks like the Chinese character”古”. Chineseword”古道”, whose pronunciation is similar to “Good”,means ”kindness to offer help”; in Chinese poetry, ”古道” also symbolizes “a narrow path meandering in thecountryside”, which is like the path our volunteers offering assistance invillages tend to go through. The three “fingers” at the upper half part representthree core programs that we are running—spreading knowledge of medical aids, assistingimpoverished students, and encouraging children in the countryside to readbooks. The “o” at the lower half part contains a shape of heart showing our warm-heartedness.

原文：古道公益的“古道”取自“小桥流水人家，古道西风瘦马”，就是义工们经常所走的乡村古老小道，同时代表古道热肠之意。而LOGO的含义：LOGO从“古”字演化而来，同时具备OK的手势形态，喻意good，表示古道公益把好事做好的理念；同时OK的造型又形似古道的“古”字，一意双关。古道宗旨：古道上行，从心出发。
